Great Location, Room Is Not Okay- Better Stay in a hotel
The bathroom door jam was taped. Therefore the bathroom door could not be closed. Our toddler who was jetlagged kept going inside True bathroom early in the morning and played with the toilet water. I asked the Manila contract why it was taped, I was told that the door knob was defective. The bed was not comfortable at all. Furthermore, they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people staying 3 nights. When I texted the contact to ask where I could find more toilet paper rolls, she did not respond.
Bed Bathroom Door That Does Not Shut Close Lighting Lack of Toilet Paper No Kleenex It’s not a room you’d like to hang out in, it’s not relaxing at all.

A few minor, avoidable details could have made my stay more comfortable
I did not meet the caretaker of the property upon our arrival but she was very apologetic about it via a message the following day. The security guard didn’t know where the key was and I didn’t have a message prior where she left it. We waited a while and the guard checked the mailbox.. indeed it was left there inside an envelope. The room had a few issues with drainage and other amenities lacking and when I informed her of this she was quick to help and delivered the items we needed. She also apologised and turned up at our door with the items. The host was very nice but I think the room needs sprucing up and minor repairs and maintenance. The good thing is it’s situated in the most convenient location!

value for money, quiet, clean,
quiet, room was clean, comes with a good size home fridge, not those small drawer size type. kettle and pot for cooking if you want to.
the air con was loud. when i off it the room was still ok to sleep in.
